1. Game Return Timeline
- Games must be returned within 30 days (1 month) from the issue date.
- If not returned, the next month’s membership fee will automatically apply.
2. Condition of Games
- Games must be returned in the same condition as issued.
- Damaged or missing discs/covers will be charged separately from the security deposit.
3. Late Returns
- Late return after due date will incur a penalty of 200 PKR per day per game (in addition to next month’s fee if applicable).
4. Security Deposit Refund
- Security deposit is 100% refundable when you cancel membership.
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after all games are returned and verified in good condition.
5. Membership Cancellation
- To cancel, customer must inform us 7 days in advance.
- All games must be returned before cancellation request is processed.
